Application Characteristics Of Stainless Steel Reactor

Jul 19, 2024

Reactor is a kind of pressure vessel widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food and other industries to carry out vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, condensation and other process of products.

Common reactors include reactor, glass-lined reactor, hydrothermal reactor, double-sided glass reactor, magnetic stirring reactor, steam reactor, electric heating reactor, etc. Of course, the most used and practical one is stainless steel reactor. Stainless steel reactor consists of reactor body, reactor cover, jacket, agitator, transmission device, shaft sealing device, support, etc. The materials are generally carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel-based (Hastelloy, Monel) alloy and other composite materials; according to the manufacturing structure of the reactor, it can be divided into three categories: open flat cover reactor, open butt welding flange reactor and closed reactor.

Stainless steel reactor has the advantages of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no need for automatic heating by boiler, and easy use. It is also widely used in production users such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food and various scientific research projects. It is used to complete the process of hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, condensation, heating, mixing, reaction and other process containers.

Features of stainless steel reactor: the inner surface is mirror polished to ensure no sanitary dead corners, the fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always sterile, and the outer surface can be sandblasted, frosted, cold-rolled primary color matte treatment; Heating and cooling: the heating method can be steam, electric heating, thermal oil, to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.
