The double-layer glass reactor is designed with double-layer glass. The inner layer can be placed in the reaction solvent for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be connected to different cold and heat sources (refrigerated liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reaction. Under the set constant temperature conditions, in the closed glass reactor, stirring reaction can be carried out under normal pressure or negative pressure conditions according to the use requirements, and the reaction solution can be refluxed and distilled.

The temperature control of the glass reactor is to control the temperature of the reactor body by the change of the temperature of the heat transfer oil in the jacket of the reactor. Heating requires one medium, and cooling requires another medium. When the whole system is at high temperature, there is no oil mist volatilization, and the heat transfer oil will not be oxidized; when it is at low temperature, it is mentioned earlier that the whole circulation system is closed, so it will not absorb water vapor in the air, which greatly extends the life of the heat transfer oil.

The cooling liquid is a liquid with a lower temperature. There are many kinds of liquids suitable for double-layer glass reactors. The cooling liquid can be tap water, chilled water, or ordinary water.

When working, the glass reactor is relatively casual in the selection and use of cooling liquid. As long as the temperature is not higher than 6~10 degrees, experimental cooling can be carried out. During the experiment, the cooling effect is very important. The glass reactor is equipped with a fully automatic constant temperature system. The temperature can be controlled during evaporation, cooling and recycling. The temperature of the cooling liquid itself refluxes with the temperature set by the constant temperature, so the lower liquid temperature can speed up the condensation time of the substance.

The cooling liquid of the glass reactor refluxes through the double-row tube during use, and is repeatedly used under constant temperature control, which is very environmentally friendly and convenient. The substance that becomes gas after evaporation flows back into the cooling bottle. When cooling, the temperature should not be too low. Prevent other changes in the substance due to too low temperature. Choose a suitable cooling liquid for cooling. When selecting and using the cooling liquid of the double-layer glass reactor, do not adjust the inappropriate temperature due to the length of time.
