Baking process: The equipment needs to be baked when it arrives, to dry the high-temperature raw materials in the furnace cavity and fully volatilize the volatiles. For specific product types, please contact the technician, who will match the baking process. The following is the baking process for conventional equipment:
The specific process is as follows:
1: From room temperature to 150 degrees, set the heating time to 90 minutes,
2: Keep warm at 150 degrees for 2 hours.
3: 150℃-300℃, set the heating time to 90 minutes.
4: Keep warm at 300℃ for 2 hours.
The above steps are repeated 7 times, and each time the internal temperature of the furnace is reduced to below 50 degrees for the next procedure.
Note: If the indoor temperature is too high and the temperature drops too slowly, the furnace can be baked once every 24 hours.
