1. 2. Maintenance of hot fire: During the reaction process of the glass reactor, if effective preventive measures are not taken to perform maintenance operations such as electric welding and gas cutting, or tightening bolts, electric shock and knocking will generate sparks. Once flammable and explosive materials are encountered, Leaks may cause fires during maintenance incidents.

Due to the characteristics of the glass material and the supporting iron frame, many details need to be paid attention to during the use of the glass reactor. For the explosion-proof design of glass reactor, the motor and power controller are mainly set as explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof switch and explosion-proof power controller. General manufacturers can provide installation, the cost is slightly more expensive, but it is worth it for safety reasons. Due to the large amount of solvent in the reaction, the surrounding air is prone to high concentrations. Therefore, all necessary gas alarms are required in the workplace. Do not pile solvent or debris around the reactor and ensure safe passage.
The glass reactor is an independent reaction rack. Different from the industrial reactor, it has a reaction rack and the reserved feeding port is very small, so the feeding process is difficult. The amount fed at one time should not be too large. Evaluate the temperature, reflux and pressure of the reaction and add the appropriate amount of material. Generally, the maximum feed volume should not exceed 2/3 of the kettle body.

According to the required reaction temperature, temperature control media with different properties are selected as the heat transfer media for the reaction. If the temperature is low, choose an ice ethanol bath; if the temperature is room temperature, choose a water bath; if the temperature is high, choose an oil bath. When using low or high temperatures, pay attention to choosing the appropriate medium. The key is viscosity. If the viscosity is too high, the circulation pump may not be able to move, the media circulation effect is not good, and the required temperature control effect cannot be obtained. The rapid replacement of the high-power circulation pump will cause the pressure of the pressurized medium to be too great, and the lining of the double-layer glass reactor will be easily damaged and the reactor will rupture. usually,
Since the thickness of the middle layer in the middle of the glass reactor is small, the insulation performance is poor. In the process of using high and low temperatures, insulation materials must be used to protect the pot body. For the kettle body and catheter tube of the reaction kettle, the insulation material must be wrapped, and the thickness of the insulation layer must be paid attention to to ensure a better insulation effect.
