Pulse Vacuum Sterilizer Applications
Pulse vacuum sterilizer is widely used in hospitals, laboratories, and pharmaceutical industries for sterilizing medical instruments, surgical tools, and lab equipment. It is also essential in the food, beverage, and biotechnology sectors for decontaminating packaging.
Items to be sterilized should not be placed too tightly.
The cold air must be completely excluded, otherwise the temperature in the pot will not reach the specified temperature, which will affect the sterilization effect.
After sterilization, do not deflate and decompress, otherwise the liquid in the bottle will violently boil, flush out the stopper and overflow or even cause the container to burst. The lid must be opened after the pressure in the sterilizer has fallen to the same level as the atmospheric pressure.
When sterilizing liquid, the liquid should be filled in a heat-resistant glass bottle, no more than 3/4 volume, and the cotton yarn is used for the bottle mouth. Do not use perforated rubber or cork stoppers; after sterilization is complete, steam is not allowed to be released immediately, and the residual pressure must be discharged after the gauge pointer returns to zero.
Do not sterilize items of different types and different sterilization requirements, such as dressings and liquids, to avoid loss.
