The following are the operating procedures for general mechanical calibration of dissolution apparatus:
Check whether the dissolution apparatus has been cleaned and there is no residue.
Prepare mechanical calibration tools, including mechanical calibration fixtures, scales, thickness gauges, etc.
Install mechanical calibration fixtures and scales.
Place the thickness gauge on the clamp and adjust the appropriate pressure.
Move the clamp to the test position, ensuring contact with the turntable.
Adjust the position of the clamp so that the thickness measured by the thickness gauge is consistent with the standard value.
Record and analyze mechanical calibration results.
Please note that before performing mechanical calibration, functional testing and other necessary calibrations of the instrument should be performed first to ensure that the instrument is in normal working condition. In addition, it is recommended to perform regular mechanical calibration in accordance with the recommendations of the instrument manufacturer or the requirements of relevant standards to ensure the performance and accuracy of the instrument.
