The single-layer glass reactor is equipped with a stirring system, condensation and reflux system, dripping system, and heating system. The bath stirs and heats the contents, improving evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions (requires connection to a vacuum system). Solvent vapors are cooled to liquid form by a glass condenser coil (requires connection to a cooling system) and then refluxed. The reactor fluid can also be recycled through a valve at the bottom of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is complete, the material can be discharged from the bottom outlet. This series of products requires a vacuum system, cooling circulation system, and other system components.

1. The entire machine utilizes a cold plate electrostatic spray coating and stainless steel frame construction, resulting in a compact, durable, and non-deformable structure, making it easy to move.

2. Components in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene, ensuring stable performance, resisting chemical reactions with the material, and ensuring ease of use.

3. A unique variable frequency speed control system allows for precise and easy operation at medium, high, and low speeds. An optional fully explosion-proof system with a dual-display digital display of the reactor speed and material temperature provides stable performance, clear control and data display, and easy operation.

4. The stirring system utilizes ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent wear and breakage of the stirring rod. They are heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and provide excellent sealing.

5. A PT100 temperature sensor and glass temperature jacket are used.

6. A vacuum pressure gauge displays the real-time vacuum level with a pointer display.

7. A crescent-shaped stirring paddle is constructed of 304 stainless steel and PTFE; the stirring rod is also made of 304 stainless steel. The PTFE tubing provides high strength and corrosion resistance.
8. A glass + PTFE drain valve eliminates side draining and allows for rapid solution recovery.
9. The constant temperature bath features a built-in heating coil, allowing for independent temperature control and high precision.
10. A drain port is located at the bottom of the bath for easy replacement.
11. The bottom of the machine is equipped with universal casters with brakes, allowing for complete mobility and ease of operation.
