The recirculating refrigeration unit is installed as a removable unit and two signal lights monitor the oxygen content and pressure within the system. In the event of a malfunction, the system shuts down the unit and enters safe mode. The material liquid processed in the previous process is sent to the atomizer above the drying chamber using a peristaltic pump, and the material liquid is evenly atomized into ultra-micron droplets, which enter the drying chamber. The gas enters the heating system and is heated to the required temperature of the process. The required temperature enters the drying chamber evenly through the hot air duct. After contact with the droplets, it solidifies at high temperature and is pyrolyzed into products. The dried finished product is sent along with the tail gas to the cyclone separator through the air outlet duct for gas-solid separation. The finished product is recycled and saturated. The exhaust gas is filtered by the dust collector filter element and then enters the condenser of the nitrogen cycle organic solvent recovery device for solvent recovery. The condensed nitrogen enters the heater again for recycling.
