The double-layer glass reactor has a stirring system, condensation, dripping, reflux, and collection systems. The reaction solvent is placed in the inner layer for stirring reactions. The interlayer circulates through cold and heat sources, which can provide high-temperature reactions (the maximum temperature can reach 300°C). Low-temperature reactions can also be performed (the lowest temperature can reach -80°C). When the material is heated for reaction, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid when passing through the glass condensation coil (a connection needs to be connected). Cooling device), it can be returned to the kettle, or it can be recycled through the valve at the bottom of the return elbow. After the reaction is completed, the material can be released from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle. Moreover, the fully transparent reaction process can be seen at a glance, making it an ideal experimental pilot equipment for modern biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and new material synthesis.
Main features:

6. The main body is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and anti-corrosion.
7. The PTFE element is sealed and can maintain a high vacuum degree.
8. It can work under normal pressure and negative pressure, and the negative pressure can reach -0.098MPa.
9. The alternator has frequency conversion speed regulation for stirring, reliable operation, large torque, and no sparks.
10. The inner core of the stirring rod is made of 321 stainless steel to enhance the anti-corrosion performance. Military technology makes the workmanship more refined and the operation proficiency high.
