Feature:

2. Use a series commutator motor and an intelligent motor speed regulating device. The motor implements stepless speed regulation. Applying digital PID technology, the control accuracy is high, and the numbers directly display the shaft speed.

3. The dispersing impeller, sanding disc and shaft are directly connected with threads.

4. The left and right brackets are fixed on the cylinder. The cylinder has a jacket structure and can pass cooling water. The material is stainless steel.

Use and maintenance:

1. Use a sanding disc with a rotating shaft or a dispersing impeller.

2. Rotate the motor locking bolt, adjust the height of the shaft and the container, clamp the motor base and the container, insert the material, and close the container lid.

3. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, wait for the controller to complete initialization, the four-digit digital tube displays 0000, and then adjust the speed to the required speed.

4. If the digital tube displays ---- after initialization, it means that the speed control potentiometer is not 0, then just turn the speed control knob clockwise to the end, the 4-digit digital tube displays 0000, and then adjust the speed control knob to the required speed. .

5. When the speed is greater than 4000r/min, it should not be idle.
