Thin film evaporator Features:
1. The scraper system is made of PTFE and SS316L stainless steel, which is extremely corrosion-resistant;
2. The maximum temperature of the system can reach 200℃, and the maximum temperature of the jacket can reach 300℃;
3. The scraper system forces the liquid into a thin film by rotation, which improves evaporation efficiency and reduces operation time;
4. The high-precision glass tube enables the liquid to form a complete integrated film on the heating surface;
5. The main body of the evaporation is made of high borosilicate glass, which can well observe the operation process of the entire process;
6. All parts in contact with liquid and gas are made of PTFE or high borosilicate glass, which is extremely corrosion-resistant;
7. According to customer requirements, the specifications can be ?60--?300.
