PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Glass reactors can be used to safely handle solvents, acids, alkalis and other substances in a completely sealed reaction vessel. They are mainly used for testing and production in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biological products industries.

Under vacuum and negative pressure, the double-layer glass reactor can be connected to high and low temperature circulation equipment (the medium can be oil or water) to heat, evaporate, separate, and recycle the materials in the reactor. All parts in contact with the material are made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene, which are suitable for the reaction of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured, and are not easy to react with various materials.

FEATURES

1. The chemglass reactor full set of glassware with GG3.3 borosilicate glass that is heat/cold/corrosion-resistant.

2. Wide operating temperature range, from -60°C to 250°C.

3. Solvent-resistant PTFE seals ensure long-term durability and operability, with a vacuum degree of -0.098Mpa.
4. PT100 temperature, LCD display. The temperature measurement is more accurate and convenient.
5. Frequency conversion control, AC induction motor. Constant speed, brushless, spark-free, safe and stable, can work continuously.
6. Heavy-duty stainless steel support frame with lockable casters for easy movement and stability. (The whole stand and glass container are shipped pre-assembled)
7. Sturdy stainless steel reinforced PTFE agitator with anchor agitator, suitable for various viscosity materials. Multi-layer stirring blades are optional.
8. The bottom flange discharge port is with Teflon value, and the aluminum flange is fixed.
9. Provide remote video installation support and worry-free after-sales service.
