Larger liquid materials. Its working principle is: after the cold air is filtered by the filter, it enters the heater, is heated to a certain temperature, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the spray tower, and the hot air flows evenly to the bottom of the tower. The tower is in the shape of a spiral. The material liquid is specially pumped into the tower body, and the material liquid is split into extremely small droplets. The material droplets are in parallel contact with the hot air, and heat exchange is fully carried out at the same time. The moisture contained in the liquid material is quickly vaporized and evaporated, and dried into the finished product in a very short time. The finished product is separated by the cyclone separator and then discharged. The waste steam is discharged by the induced draft fan.
