Sterilizer installation requirements

The installation requirements of the sterilizer are as follows:

Surrounding environment: The room where the sterilizer is installed should maintain a dry, ventilated, dust-free, corrosive gas and chemical-free environment.

Ventilation requirements: The room where the sterilizer is installed should have good ventilation conditions to ensure that the normal operation of the sterilizer will not affect the air quality in the room.

Power supply requirements: The power supply of the sterilizer needs to be stable to ensure the normal operation of the sterilizer.

Placement requirements: The sterilizer should be placed on a level, stable foundation, and there should be enough space around it to facilitate operation, maintenance, ventilation and heat dissipation.

Water quality requirements: Use tap water or deionized water to prepare steam and cooling water in the sterilizer.

Drainage requirements: When installing the sterilizer, the location and smoothness of the drainage pipe need to be considered to discharge the sewage in the sterilizer.

Fire protection requirements: The sterilizer should be installed in a room with complete fire protection facilities. It is strictly prohibited to place flammable items around the sterilizer.

Other requirements: According to the installation requirements provided by the manufacturer, correctly install each component of the sterilizer to ensure that the connection of each part is tight and leak-free. The switch, display, drainage and other systems of the sterilizer should be fully debugged.
