Host machine

Mill jar is dragged to rotate by rubber roller and balls inside the jar make incline flow movement and disperse materials. Thus it obtains best effects of grinding. As a result, materials are ground to micro powder. Timing control panel is adopted in the machine with controlling functions of pausing and cumulative timing, so that you may set working time according to requirement at any time. It not only saves time and labor, but is easy for operation.

Mill Jar

Standard capacity: 0.25L, 0.5L, 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L;
Effective loading volume: 40% - 50% of the total tank volume (optimal filling volume of the ball + the material);
Structure: Cylindrical horizontal tank + matching sealed tank cover, placed horizontally on the equipment rubber rollers and rotates with the rollers, suitable for dry grinding / wet grinding / vacuum grinding, stainless steel model can be used as a vacuum sealed tank (-0.1MPa negative pressure).

Mill Ball

Various types of stainless steel, aluminum oxide, zirconia, agate, polyurethane and tungsten carbide grinding balls are available, with particle sizes ranging from 1 millimeter to 30 millimeters. The mixed particle size filling can enhance the efficiency of dry and wet grinding of batteries, minerals, pharmaceuticals and ceramic materials. Matching principle: mixed sizes (large balls for impact and crushing, small balls for fine grinding). The total filling of grinding balls and materials should account for 40% to 50% of the tank volume for the optimal result.

Grinding reference

Dry grinding: Dry powder is crushed, mixed evenly, and then finely ground;
Wet grinding: Water, ethanol, or organic solvents are added to form a slurry;
Vacuum / inert atmosphere grinding: Reactive powders prone to oxidation (metal powders, lithium-based materials);
Small-scale experimentation: Small test samples ranging from 0.25L to 30L for single-tank research.
