Light vibration ball mill, also known as vibration mill, is a new type of high-efficiency powder making equipment. There are three types: single-cylinder, double-cylinder, and three-cylinder. The laboratory vibration ball mill is easy to operate, reliable in operation, easy to clean, has strong adaptability to working conditions, does not cause any environmental pollution, and can be used for dry and wet grinding. The cylinder lining can be selected from: 304 or 316L stainless steel, alumina ceramic (corundum), zirconia, nylon, polyurethane, PTFE, PP or PE, etc.
Working Principle:
Light vibration ball mill is mainly composed of frame, chassis, vibrator, grinding barrel, spring, motor, etc. When the machine is started, the motor drives the vibrator to generate exciting force, causing the grinding barrel to produce high-frequency, small-amplitude continuous vibration. Due to the rotation and relative movement of the grinding media, the materials are subject to frequent impact and crushing, ultimately achieving the purpose of crushing and grinding the materials.
Applications:
Light vibration ball mills are widely used in electronics, ceramics, chemicals, powder metals, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compounds, magnetic materials and high-frequency porcelain materials in the radio industry, medicine and other fields.
