Tablets may lose weight during coating, shipping, packaging, etc. It is important to know whether the sample meets the cp requirements. You can use the CS-2 Friability Tester to handle this problem.
It holds 1 or 2 fragile or worn rollers. The drum is made of organic glass and is divided into two parts: the drum body and the drum cover.
The lid can be easily removed to fill or drain samples and to clean the drum from the inside.
The tester is microprocessor controlled, reliable and easy to operate. The rotation speed was set to 25 RPM and the test time was fixed to 4 minutes.
Test time or number of spins can be selected using the keyboard. All data will be clearly displayed on the LED display and will automatically count down during the trial run. Friability can be easily determined by weighing the sample before and after testing.
