Rotary evaporators are mainly used for testing, R&D and production in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products and other industries.
Working principles:
Under vacuum and negative pressure conditions, the speed control knob is used to rotate the rotating bottle at a constant speed, and the material forms a large-area uniform film on the bottle wall. The intelligent constant temperature water (oil) bath evenly heats the materials in the rotating bottle and evaporates them at high speed. The generated solvent vapor is rapidly cooled by the cooling coil of the glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle.
Purpose and characteristics:
Large-scale rotary evaporators are mainly used in small trials, pilot trials and production in the fields of biology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and other fields. Like the large-capacity, large-diameter rotary evaporator flask, when placed in a water bath, the solution is rapidly diffused and evaporated as it is rotated and heated at the same time. It can also be equipped with multi-purpose water circulation vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump, low temperature circulation (vacuum) pump, circulation cooler, constant temperature circulator, low temperature coolant circulation pump, etc. Make up system equipment.
