Working principle of solvent recovery machine
Solvent recovery machine mainly realizes the recycling and reuse of waste solvents through the principle of distillation separation. The following is its specific working process:
1. Add the solution to be treated
Add the waste solvent or solution to be treated in the container.
2. Heating process
Use the heating rod to heat the thermal oil in the interlayer of the recovery barrel, and the thermal oil transfers heat to the waste solution in the recovery barrel to heat the solution. In this process, the organic solvent is converted from liquid to gas after being heated.
3. Gasification and separation
The organic solvent in the waste solution is vaporized by heat to form steam.
4. Cooling system
The gaseous solvent enters the cooling system and is condensed and liquefied, and the clean organic solvent flows out. These clean solvents then flow into a special recovery container.
5. Cleaning up the residue
When the entire recycling process is completed, turn off the machine and wait for the recovery barrel to cool to room temperature, and then dump the machine body to clean up the residue.
