Structural principles and characteristics of the reactor: The reactor is composed of a pot body, a lid, a stirrer, a jacket, a support and transmission device, a shaft seal device, etc. The material and openings can be customized according to the user's process requirements. Heating forms include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open flame heating, etc. The jacket types are divided into: jacket type and outer half-pipe type. The jacket oil heating type is equipped with a flow diversion device. The mixing forms generally include paddle type, anchor type, frame type, spiral type, wall scraping type, etc. High-speed types include dispersing impeller type, turbine type, high shear type, and propeller type, for customers to choose according to the process. The transmission forms include ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed-regulating motors, frequency converters, etc. The reducers include cycloid pinwheel type, worm gear type, and planetary stepless speed change type. Shaft seals are ordinary water-cooled packing seals, combined PTFE packing seals, and mechanical seals. The discharging modes include ball valve and lower expansion valve.
Features:
1. The multi-port reaction kettle cover adopts an extra-large port design and is easy to clean. Standard port sockets can be equipped with reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
2. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor, constant speed, no brushes, no sparks, safe and stable, suitable for continuous work.
3. The lower discharge port adopts stainless steel ball valve. There are no dead corners in the container and it is removable to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
4. After the interlayer interface is circulated, it can be connected to hot oil for heating reaction, or to frozen liquid for low temperature reaction.
5. The reaction can be carried out at room temperature, and the heat of reaction can be quickly taken away by tap water.
6. The entire set of instruments is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which has good chemical and physical properties.
