The double-layer stainless steel reactor adopts a double-layer stainless steel design. It has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no need for automatic boiler heating, easy use, and low price. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.
The inner layer can be put into the reaction solvent to stir the reaction, and different cold and heat sources (freezing liquid, hot water or hot oil) can be connected between the layers for cyclic heating or cooling reaction. Under the set constant temperature conditions, the normal pressure or negative pressure stirring reaction can be carried out in a closed stainless steel reactor according to the usage requirements, and the reaction liquid can be refluxed and distilled.
Features:
1. The six-port reactor lid adopts an extra-large port design and is easy to clean. The standard port socket can be equipped with reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
2. The lower discharge port adopts stainless steel ball valve. There are no dead corners in the container and it is removable to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
3. Can react at room temperature, and the heat of reaction can be quickly taken away by flowing tap water.
4. After the interlayer interface is circulated, it can be connected to hot oil for heating reaction, or to frozen liquid for low-temperature reaction.
5. The entire set of instruments is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which has good chemical and physical properties.
6. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor, constant speed, no brushes, no sparks, safe and stable, suitable for continuous work.
