The shaft seal can ensure that the mixing equipment is in a certain positive pressure and vacuum state, and can well prevent the materials in the kettle from overflowing, leaking, and impurities from penetrating outside the kettle. The shaft seal is larger, and part of it is used for the stirring device.
The reactor is equipped with manholes, sight glasses, liquid level gauges, valves and other accessories. The manhole of the jacketed reactor is to facilitate inspection and repair of the kettle body during use to see if there are deformations, cracks and other defects; the sight glass is used to observe the reaction of the materials in the kettle; the liquid level gauge is used to check the position of the liquid inside the kettle ; This valve is used for the entry and exit of materials and pressure relief.
The structure and performance of the reactor: The equipment is mainly composed of three parts: tank, jacket and stirring system.
1. Reactor material: The parts in contact with materials are made of 304, 316L and other stainless steel materials, which comply with GMP standards.
2. Reactor accessories: frame-type stirring is often used to ensure that the materials are mixed evenly in a short time; at the same time, various sealing methods such as frame-type, anchor-type, and paddle-type can be selected as needed, and sanitary-grade mechanical seals are used to ensure that the contents of the tank are pressure. The interface adopts ISO standard quick-installation clamp type, which is convenient and hygienic; sterile respirator, CIP cleaning nozzle, sight glass, flange, hygienic quick-open manhole, etc.
3. Surface treatment of the reactor (with legs): The inner surface is mirror polished to ensure that there are no sanitary dead corners. The fully enclosed design ensures that materials are always in a sterile state. The outer surface can be sandblasted, frosted, or cold-rolled primary color matte. deal with. Heating and cooling: Heating methods can use steam, electric heating, thermal oil, etc. to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
