20L Double layer Stainless Steel Reactor consists of the main body of the kettle, heating components, stirring system, control system and other components. The heater, motor, control box, etc. are equipped with explosion-proof configurations as needed. It is suitable for the presence of hydrogen, methane, ethylene, etc. in the medium. The reaction of explosive media is widely used in experimental sites that require explosion protection. Different types of reaction kettles can be customized according to user requirements to meet the different reaction conditions required by customers.
Features:
1. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor, constant speed, no brushes, no sparks, safe and stable, suitable for continuous work.
2. The entire set of instruments is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. The interface between layers can be heated after hot oil circulation or cryogenic reaction.
4. It can react at room temperature, and the heat of reaction can be quickly taken away by the flow of tap water.
5. The lower discharge port adopts stainless steel ball valve. There are no dead corners in the container and it is removable to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
6. The eight-port reactor lid with extra-large port design is easy to clean, and the standard port socket can be equipped with reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
