PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
As a core pilot-scale equipment for university research, pharmaceutical R&D, and new materials laboratories, the laboratory-scale stainless steel reactor, with its compact design, precise temperature control, and flexible adaptability, is specifically designed for small-batch sample preparation, process optimization, and reaction mechanism studies. It balances the need for accurate data and operational safety, making it a key tool for achieving efficient research and development in the laboratory.
FEATURES
- Utilizing frequency conversion speed control technology and an AC asynchronous motor, the system offers stable speed, brushless operation without sparking, and reliable performance, suitable for continuous operation over extended periods.
- The entire system is constructed from SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, providing excellent chemical and physical properties.
- The reactor vessel can be connected to a circulating heating oil system for heating reactions, or to a cooling fluid system for low-temperature reactions.
- Reactions can be performed at room temperature, with heat generated during the reaction quickly dissipated by circulating tap water.
- The bottom discharge port features a stainless steel ball valve, ensuring a clean, unobstructed flow path and facilitating the discharge of solid materials.
- The eight-port reactor lid has a large diameter design for easy cleaning; standard ports allow for connection of condensers, distillation units, and other equipment as needed.
