Explosion-proof dispersion machine is mainly used in the production of inflammable and explosive chemical products such as paint, ink, paint, color paste, floor paint, road marking paint, polyurethane paint, alkyd enamel paint, blending paint and so on. It is crushed, dispersed, emulsified, mixed, through the new efficient mixing equipment of high speed up and down the dispersion plate, the material is subjected to high speed and strong shear, impact, crushing and dispersion, to achieve the function of rapid mixing, dissolution, dispersion and refinement. The feed area is simultaneously drawn from the working chamber axially.

The explosion-proof dispersing machine is composed of five parts: mechanical system, hydraulic system, main drive, stirring system, guiding mechanism and electric control box. Dispersion plate type: flat plate sawtooth type, three paddle type, dish type, other forms. The dispersion plate of the dispersing machine is in a laminar flow state, and the slurry layers with different flow rates are diffused with each other to play a dispersing role. The dispersing machine greatly improves the work efficiency, but also reduces the manual labor intensity.
