How it works:

The machine is composed of mixing drum, mixing cover, mixing power head (including two sets of low speed mixing paddle, two sets of high speed disperser and one set of scraping paddle) temperature control device, lifting device, locking drum device and control system. When the planetary frame rotates, it drives the three stirring and dispersing axes in the box to rotate around the axis of the barrel and rotate at a high speed at the same time, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and kneading action to achieve the purpose of full dispersion and mixing; There is a scraper on the planetary frame with the rotation of the planetary frame, close to the barrel wall constantly scraping, so that the barrel wall without retention material, improve the mixing effect. The length of mixing time is controlled by the user according to the different properties of the material and can be adjusted by the control panel. The cover and planetary agitator are hydraulically lifted by double column, which is balanced, fast and light in operation. The machine can work under vacuum, and can continuously remove water and other substances, so it can be used as a degassing kettle. Materials can be heated or cooled by oil and water circulation as required; Steam heating is also available. The heating temperature is displayed through the temperature controller on the control panel.
