The SP-1500 laboratory-scale spray dryer incorporates many new designs, such as a small, freely movable shape, an air compressor and electric heater integrated in the cabinet, a glass spray for detection, and a cyclone separator. All data and functions are controlled by PLC, in English.

4. Easy to clean, assembly and disassembly are very simple.
5. The air compressor is oil-free and does not pollute the compressed air. The sound is lower than 50db, which is understandable in compliance with GMP.
6. PID precise control of inlet and outlet temperatures

8. Use screen touch face display operation to control temperature, air volume, air pressure, pump speed and blockage remover frequency.
9. Product feeding adopts RS2559605 rotary pump with adjustable capacity.
10. Automatic anti-clogging device to prevent nozzle clogging and stepless control.
