PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
The BF series single-layer glass reactor is a multi-functional reactor that can carry out various biochemical synthesis reactions under constant temperature conditions, and can also perform reflux or distillation at different temperatures.
FEATURES
- Unique equipment; whole machine: cold plate electrostatic spraying + stainless steel frame, compact, sturdy, non-deformable, easy to move.
- All material-contacting parts: borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) + PTFE, stable, no chemical reaction with materials, safe & convenient to use.
- Unique variable frequency speed regulation: supports medium/high/low speeds (accurate, easy); optional full explosion-proof system, dual-display explosion-proof box digitally shows kettle speed & material temp, stable, clear control/data display.
- Stirring system: ceramic bearings + mechanical seals (prevents stirring rod wear/chipping), high temp-resistant, wear-resistant, good sealing.
- PT100 temp sensor + glass thermometer sleeve.
- Vacuum pressure gauge: real-time vacuum (pointer display).
- Crescent stirring paddle (304 stainless steel + PTFE blades); stirring rod: 304 stainless steel (PTFE-coated), high strength, strong corrosion resistance.
- Glass + PTFE discharge valve: no liquid accumulation at side discharge, fast solution recovery.
- Constant temp bath pot: built-in heating coil, independent temp control, high accuracy.
- Bath pot bottom: drain port (easy replacement).
- Machine bottom: braked universal wheels (overall movement, easy operation).
