The rotary evaporator is an indispensable instrument and equipment for evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, solvent recovery and other processes in the scientific research and production processes of the pharmaceutical, chemical and biological products industries. The rotary evaporator is developed under vacuum and negative pressure conditions and uses the principle of constant temperature heating thin film evaporation. The rotary evaporator adopts stepless speed regulation to make the glass rotating bottle rotate at a uniform speed. The material forms a large, uniform film on the bottle wall. The intelligent constant temperature water bath evenly heats the rotating bottles and evaporates them at high speed under vacuum. The device was cooled and recycled into a collection bottle. The rotary evaporator works under vacuum, and all parts in contact with the material are made of high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene. It is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperatures. Functions and features:
•The main frame is made of aluminum alloy with reasonable structure and materials.
•The sealing system uses a combination of polytetrafluoroethylene + imported fluororubber for bidirectional sealing, which can maintain high vacuum.
•All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
•Continuous feeding for customer convenience. The valve feed tube is covered with polytetrafluoroethylene tubing.
•Vertical double-layer serpentine coil condenser to ensure high recovery rate and additional material tube.
•Digital temperature display, intelligent thermostat control, PT100 sensor transmits temperature quickly and accurately.
•Fuse safety protection and automatic power-off function to prevent dry burning.
•Electronic stepless speed regulation (0-200rpm), speed setting, easy to operate.
•The pot body is made of stainless steel + Teflon composite pot body and is fully enclosed for heating.
•Micromotor driven, the host automatically lifts and lowers.
