Laboratory sample grinder/swing grinder GJ-3 is also known as laboratory sealed sampler, sealed test grinder, sealed timing grinder, sealed grinder. Mainly used for milling of raw materials for laboratory testing. Vibrating sampling crushers are widely used in coal, coking, non-ferrous metal smelting, mining and other industries. The working mode of vibrating sample grinder: vibration grinding type. In the bowl, the material is placed in the bowl, and the crushing ring and hammer are located in the bowl. The material is crushed and ground by the high-speed rotating crushing ring and hammer within 2-6 minutes, and can be quickly ground into 80-200 mesh (0.175-0.075mm) micron powder samples, which can be directly used for testing.

Working Principle:
Place materials in an airtight material bowl. There is a breaker hammer and a crushing ring inside the bowl. The motor drives the eccentric hammer to rotate at high speed. The material is made into powder through vibration, impact and friction.
This powerful ring disc grinder grinds tough, brittle samples in minutes. It has a soundproof housing and can accommodate samples weighing up to 300 grams.
