Working principle:
Rotary evaporators are mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is that under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating causes the rotating bottle to rotate at a constant speed. The material forms a large area film on the bottle wall and evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency. It is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperatures.
Features:
It adopts polytetrafluoroethylene and rubber composite sealing to maintain high vacuum.
The main bracket is made of cold plate anti-corrosion spray plastic + aluminum alloy material, which has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation characteristics.
The vacuum system is equipped with a vacuum gauge, and the pointer displays the vacuum degree.
The piston-type feeding valve is connected to the PTFE extension tube, which can continuously feed the material to the evaporation bottle under vacuum, making it easy to use.
The main unit is fixed and the water bath pot is raised and lowered by a hand wheel, making the operation simple.
Vertical double-layer serpentine coil condenser, main cooling + auxiliary cooling double condenser to ensure high collection rate.
Anti-dry function, when the water level in the heating pot is lower than the heating tube, the machine will automatically cut off the power, making the operation flexible and durable.
