Sterilization process:

a. Automatically feeds 1.2 liters of distilled water, which can be continuously disinfected and sterilized 4 to 5 times, and the sterilization cycle is fast.

b. The operation is simple, and the microcomputer automatically controls the heating, sterilization, steam exhaust, and drying processes without supervision and is easy to use.

c. Temperature and time digital tube LED display window, full-screen display of program process dialogue and beep prompts.

Can be set: sterilization range 105~134℃, timing range 0~99 minutes.

Higher temperature: 134°C sterilization process, suitable for rapid sterilization in 4 to 6 minutes.

Equipped with an internal steam circulation system, no steam is emitted to the outside, and the environment is clean and dry.

Equipped with over-temperature and over-pressure automatic protection devices:

d. When the internal pressure is greater than 0.24MPa, the safety valve automatically opens and steam is discharged into the water tank.

e. If the steam temperature in the inner cylinder is greater than 138°C, the power supply will be automatically cut off;

f. When dehydration is overheated and the temperature of the heating tube is greater than 150°C, the power supply will be automatically cut off and a water cutoff alarm will occur.

g. Overcurrent, when the protection current is overloaded, the power circuit breaker will automatically cut off the power supply.

The cold air in the sterilization room has an automatic leakage device to ensure the sterilization effect.

With drying function

The sterilization chamber door has a protective cover to prevent operators from being burned.

The inner container is made of stainless steel material SUS304/wall thickness ≥2.5mm, which is durable.
