10L double-layer glass reactor is mainly used for testing and production in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products and other industries. This product uses the principle of constant speed stirring to uniformly stir the raw materials under vacuum and negative pressure conditions, so that the materials can fully react in the kettle. The glass interlayer can be connected to high-temperature circulation equipment to heat, evaporate, separate and recycle the materials in the kettle. and other operations; external refrigeration cycle equipment can also be used to carry out low-temperature reactions in the kettle; if there is heating and cooling during the material reaction, an external high and low temperature cycle device can be used. Moreover, the parts in contact with materials are made of high temperature and corrosion-resistant high borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene materials, which are particularly suitable for the reaction of easily decomposed and denatured biological products and are not easy to react with various materials.
The main capacities of the double-layer glass reactor are 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, 150L, and 200L, all of which have the function of lowering the material. Kettles above 10 liters are equipped with universal casters for easy movement, and the kettle has a temperature display function.
It can be used with a vacuum pump to improve work efficiency; the cooling coil of the glass condenser can be used with a low-temperature coolant circulation pump to improve recovery efficiency. Customers are asked to purchase supporting equipment by themselves. The interlayer of the kettle body can be equipped with heating, refrigeration equipment or high and low temperature circulation devices according to the material reaction requirements.
