●The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene materials, which have stable performance and are not easy to react chemically with the material, and are easy to use.
●The main bracket is made of square steel anti-corrosion spray + aluminum alloy + stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, beautiful and durable. The kettle cover is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good sealing, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
●The kettle cover and the part above the kettle cover can be electrically raised and lowered, and the kettle body can be rotated 150° to the left by the hand wheel, which is convenient for cleaning and manual rotation. Glass + polytetrafluoroethylene discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge, and the recovery of solution is very fast.
●Buffer device: After the inlet and outlet of the jacket are connected to the stainless steel hose, they are fixed to the bracket and then connected to the external circulation pipe to reduce the inlet and outlet liquid pressure, and also avoid damage to the connection between the glass interlayer circulation port and the circulation pipe. ●Low-speed booster motor, variable frequency speed regulation, through the knob fine adjustment, the dual-display speed control box can digitally display the speed and material temperature in the kettle, stable performance, clear display of control and data plane, simple and easy to operate.
●The stirring system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the stirring rod from wearing and chipping, and is resistant to high temperature, damage and good sealing effect. It adopts PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel, and a transparent PTFE tube as outer cover, double corrosion protection.
●The vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum, and the pointer displays.
●Crescent-shaped stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; the stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel and wrapped with PTFE tube, which has high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
●The bottom of the machine is equipped with a Foma universal wheel with a brake, which can be moved as a whole and is easy to operate. The stirring and lifting fuses have high protection performance.
●The motor is explosion-proof, the variable frequency speed regulator is explosion-proof with an aluminum shell, and the cable is passed through an explosion-proof pipe.
