Stainless steel reaction kettle is also called stainless steel reaction tank, stainless steel reaction kettle pot, etc. It consists of a kettle body, a kettle lid, a stirring device, a heating (cooling) jacket, a support and transmission device, a shaft seal device, etc. It is also equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges.
Since users have different production processes and operating conditions, stainless steel reaction kettles generally have anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, push type or frame type. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with supports, which are either suspended or supported. There is a discharge port at the bottom of the pot body.
Features:
1. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor, constant speed, no brush, no spark, safe and stable, suitable for continuous working.
2. The whole set of instrument is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. The inter-layer interface can be connected with hot oil for heating reaction after circulation, and can be connected with refrigerated liquid for low-temperature reaction.
4. It can react at room temperature, and the reaction heat can be quickly taken away by running tap water.
5. Stainless steel ball valve is used for the lower discharge port. There is no dead angle in the container, and it can be disassembled for easy discharge of solid materials.
6. Eight-port reactor cover with extra-large port design is easy to clean, and the standard port socket can be optionally assembled with reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
