Products Description
Mini planetary ball mill is an essential equipment for high-tech material mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development and small batch production. Small planetary ball mill has the characteristics of small size, high efficiency, low noise and complete functions. It is an ideal equipment for obtaining samples in R&D centers, universities and corporate laboratories (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in each experiment). It can be placed in a glove box to grind any material that needs to be operated in a vacuum state or inert gas environment.
Working Principle
The Mini Planetary Ball Mill has four ball mills installed on a turntable. When the turntable rotates, the jar axis makes a planetary motion, and the steel balls and samples in the jar are subjected to strong impact during the high-speed motion, and the samples are finally ground into powder. This mill can grind a variety of different materials dry or wet. The minimum particle size of the ground powder can be as small as 0.1µm.

1. The gear transmission speed is stable to ensure the consistency and repeatability of the experiment.
2. This machine adopts the principle of planetary motion, with fast speed, high energy, high efficiency and small particle size.
3. It can grind four powder samples of different sizes and materials at the same time.
4. This machine is controlled by a frequency converter, and the ideal speed can be set according to the expected experimental results. The frequency converter is equipped with undervoltage and overcurrent devices to protect the motor.
5. The planetary ball mill has the functions of timed power off and automatic forward and reverse rotation. It can arbitrarily select unidirectional, alternating, continuous, time setting and other operation modes according to experimental needs to improve grinding efficiency.
