Wet Vibratory Ball Mill

Working Principle:

Wet vibrating ball mill is mainly composed of frame, chassis, vibrator, grinding barrel, spring, motor, etc. When the machine is started, the motor drives the vibrator to generate exciting force, causing the grinding barrel to produce high-frequency, small-amplitude continuous vibration. Due to the rotation and relative movement of the grinding media, the materials are subject to frequent impact and crushing, ultimately achieving the purpose of crushing and grinding the materials.

Wet vibrating ball mills are widely used in electronics, ceramics, chemicals, powder metals, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compounds, magnetic materials, high-frequency porcelain materials in the radio industry and pharmaceuticals.
