Its working principle is: after the cold air is filtered by the filter, it enters the heater, is heated to a certain temperature, and then enters the heater.
The air distributor at the top of the spray tower allows hot air to flow evenly to the bottom of the tower in a spiral shape. The material liquid is sent to the tower body through a special pump, and the material liquid automatically splits into extremely small droplets. The material droplets are in parallel contact with the hot air, and sufficient heat exchange is carried out at the same time. The water contained in the feed liquid evaporates quickly and the evaporation time is extremely short.
After drying, the finished product is separated by a cyclone separator and discharged. The waste steam is discharged by the induced draft fan.
