automated syringe pump Introduction
The syringe pump adopts an integrated desktop design, with a 4.3-inch high-definition LCD touch screen display and operation. It can hold a plastic syringe or a glass syringe. The syringe capacity range is as wide as 10μL~140ml, and the flow range is 0.184nl/min~83.318ml/ min;
Using an excellent control system and precise mechanical structure, the stroke control accuracy error is less than ±0.35%. Multiple working modes are optional and powerful. It is very suitable for high-precision micro-transmission of various fluids in scientific research experiments;
The transmission screw is fixed using high-strength aviation bearings. Compared with traditional copper sleeve bearings, the service life of the screw is significantly improved and the accuracy is higher;
Strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, can operate continuously and stably under high-voltage electrostatic electric fields;
RS485 communication, compatible with MODBUS protocol, can form an automated control system with various host computers such as computers, PLCs, and microcontrollers;
